CURRENT VERSION of the induction-head dashboard. Four linked panels over the runs.json corpus (27 pretraining runs, 3 architecture families): scaling frontier, training curves, eval radar, and a layer x head induction map; click a head for its attention pattern. Pure renderer - every axis is derived from the data and the input is schema-validated. Supersedes the older copy at /j/019f81d719ac74428999fe69e7d647d7.
